Will the names be printed exactly as I type them?

Yes. Whatever you type on the product page is what gets printed — spelling and capitalization included — so please check it before you order. Some designs limit how many names or characters will fit, and the page tells you the limit as you type.

Can I change or cancel after I order?

Write to support@graceyears.com as soon as you can. Because each item is made to order with your family's names on it, we can only change or cancel it before it goes to print.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email support@graceyears.com within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. That is our 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
